October Fun!

It's been a busy month at Kate Studio, painting, cutting glass, designing skulls and zendoodling!  Here's some of the highlights:

At the grand opening of Kate Studio, we zendoodled beautiful pictures using fine point markers and vibrant watercolor pencils.  After that, we framed them -- ready to hang!

We designed gorgeous Day of the Dead skulls to decorate for both Halloween and Day of the Dead, the first two days of November.  We used paints, markers, a whole lotta glitter and crystals.

Pumpkins were the stars of the day as we painted them for Halloween -- a longer-lasting and fun alternative to carving.  We also designed a teal pumpkin for the first time, to show trick-or-treaters that we had goodies for those that couldn't take candy.

Did you ever think cutting glass could be so much fun?  We created beautiful fused glass plates, as we learned about different types of glass, the fusing process and made these great designs.
